On this Labor Day weekend, songs that celebrate seasons of emancipation,restoration, and triumph performed by a choir of musicians and friends underthe direction of Kent County's beloved songbird Karen Somerville. Members and the public are invited to participate in learning colonial dances that were popular in the 18th Century. People of all ages, couples, and singles who enjoy music and dance in a spirit of fun and friendship are welcome. Each dance will be taught with a walk through before it is danced.
